About The Position

We’re looking to hire an experienced Software Developer specializing in Haskell programming or other functional languages. Candidates may also be familiar with other functional languages. You will join our compiler team to work on our in-house SQL compiler written in Haskell, enabling SQream DB to do more - faster.

Responsibilities:

Research, design and develop quality solutions that align with business requirements and meets company architectural standards.
Contribute and drive to technological and architectural decisions.
Participate in reviewing design and code for other team members.
Adhere to agile development principles while following and improving all aspects of the scrum process.

Requirements

2+ years of experience with Haskell
Familiarity with functional languages such as Scala- an advantag
Familiarity with SQL/ Database internals
Team player
High-level fluency of English
Good communication skills
B.Sc./M.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent
