Role overview

Role

As a senior frontend engineer, you command a team of four developers in realizing the vision of the TapeDeck dating application. You lead the frontend transition from the looser requirements of our closed beta to the strict parameters necessary in our full launch. You have a long-view of the future of our application, and write clean modular code to ensure our agility.

Responsibilities

Develop features for our react-native application
Collaborate closely with designer to develop strong user experiences
Mentor junior engineers and review code

Qualifications

4+ years experience writing client-side JavaScript in the React Framework
Strong communication skills
Bachelors Degree in computer science or equivalent work experience
Startup experience preferred
Deep NodeJS and/or Erlang experience a plus
