Job description

In one of our agile teams, you will develop innovative, scalable and cloud-capable software products.

From analysis and implementation to testing and documentation, you will take on a variety of tasks in our agile development process.

As a team player, you drive our software forward with code reviews and pair programming. With your code and documentation you make it easy for you and your colleagues to understand and change the software of today tomorrow.

You accompany encoway software products from the first idea through the entire life cycle.

Your profile

You are a Scala expert or would like to become one with us. As a seasoned Scala expert, you will start directly in development. As a Scala newcomer with experience in another programming language, ideally Java, you can learn Scala with us.

You have no fear of functional programming, are familiar with Java and ideally also with Akka, Docker or Kubernetes.

Our focus is on the backend, but we also build interfaces. Therefore, knowledge of JavaScript and UI frameworks is a plus.

In everyday life, we are on first-name terms and speak German. Ideally, you are not afraid to speak and write English if necessary.
