After graduating from Alliance, the top crypto incubator in the industry and raising a seed round backed by Alpha Labs Capital Group, UOB Bank, Foundation Capital, NGC, MHC, and other leaders in the crypto space, we are hiring a few exceptional founding members who want to work on complex problems with massive impact in a fast-paced environment.

The goal of this role is to be our CEO’s right hand person to make her the most effective CEO possible. You will be responsible for the highest impact projects facing Fountain and own projects from beginning to end. We are looking for someone who is technical, analytical and relationships driven - a Swiss army knife. You will be working on a wide range of projects that range from business development, fundraising to internal financial modeling.

In this role, you will:

• Business development: Drive business development and partnership efforts and manage relationships with market makers, hedge funds, and relevant counterparts in the industry. Develop business cases and create innovative proposals for potential partners that drive value for both parties. You will be interacting and selling to Defi traders and you will need to speak their languages!
• Product development: Work closely with the engineering team, provide continuous feedback from external conversations to influence the best strategic and technical decisions.
• Operation management: Be the right hand person to the CEO on initiatives across executive hiring, growth marketing, and PR management. You will bridge gaps and facilitate communication and collaboration within the organization to remove roadblocks and keep programs on target.
• Finance management: Assisting with fundraising, taxes, expense management, financial planning.
• Leadership: Be the “voice” of our CEO and leadership, representing the requirements, objectives, and mentality when approaching our mission-critical projects.

• Your priorities can change rapidly and you will be flexible meeting the needs of the organization, including the ability to context switch and support projects in different domain areas.
• Feedback will be given quickly and you will always know if you’re performing at standard.
• You may travel to conferences and other cities often to develop relationships in person

What we are seeking

• Experience in Management Consulting, Program Management, Startup Operations, or similar
• A deep interest in the crypto/web3 space and a working technical knowledge of blockchain technology and solutions.
• An ability to have productive conversations with technical audiences.
• An ability to explain technical concepts in an understandable way to non-technical audiences.
• Experience achieving results by using both the standard channels (e-mail, calling, LinkedIn), and the crypto-preferred ones (twitter, discord, telegram)
• You are comfortable with all aspects of the sales process: from prospecting to close.
• An ability to lead cross-functionally, engaging resources and help from different departments (engineering, product, marketing) whenever needed.
• Concise, persuasive, and authentic communicator both verbally and in written communication.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• You’re hungry and have an extreme bias to action.
• High gear operator who does not take no for an answer
• Financial Services or Crypto experience is a plus
• Technical and can work your way around SQL and spreadsheets is a plus
• An existing network in the industry is a plus
