Full Stack Product Engineer

Our Approach

Each of our teams is encouraged to keep communication channels like Slack as open as possible.

One of the ways we foster creativity and innovation is through our 10% time policy. We set aside a day every 2 weeks for employees to work on projects of their choice.

Our Tech Stack

We use React to build any new UI components, which we then test and develop further using Storybook for isolation. Once completed, these components are integrated into the main product. While some parts of our codebase remain in Marionette (Backbone.js), we are gradually transitioning to a more modern approach instead of opting for a complete rewrite.

On the backend, our main server is built using Rails (Ruby). We are continually updating and expanding our infrastructure to support our growth.

What We're Looking For

Required Experience

• At least 3 years of experience as a software engineer
• Proficiency with JavaScript and React
• Some background in backend development

Useful/Bonus Experience

• Ruby programming skills
• Experience with AWS or managing servers
