We're looking for the right person…

The Product Designer will play a key role in designing and shaping our financial operations platform, focusing on creating intuitive and impactful solutions for a diverse range of users, including those in the finance and crypto sectors.

The Role

• Collaborate closely with a diverse group of customers to understand their needs, pain points, and preferences (NFT, DEX, CEX, Gaming, Funds, Accountants).
• Lead the ideation, conceptualization, and design of new features from inception to delivery, ensuring seamless user experiences and intuitive functionality.
• Work closely with frontend developers and the broader engineering team
• Design and iterate on key components of the financial operations platform, including dashboards, transaction interfaces, payment applications, and reports
• Continuously gather user feedback, conduct usability testing, and integrate insights to refine designs

Hard Requirements

• 5+ years experience in Product Design
• Proven track record of designing B2B products
• A portfolio/website showing shipped products (student or hobby projects won't be considered)
• Outcomes & business-oriented mindset 
• Strong communication skills
• Technical understanding of how things are built on the front end

Bonus Skills 

• Experience in finance and crypto industries
• Experience with building and maintaining design systems
• Front-end skills

Location: Toronto, in office 4 days a week (no remote)

Compensation: $140K - $190K CAD OTE (plus equity)
