Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy secure smart contracts on Ethereum and EVM-compatible blockchains.
• Build and maintain scalable decentralized applications (dApps) and Web3 platforms.
• Develop backend services, APIs, and blockchain integrations using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality features and products.
• Architect blockchain solutions that prioritize scalability, security, and performance.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
• Integrate wallets, token standards, payment systems, and third-party blockchain services.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production blockchain applications.
• Implement security best practices and participate in smart contract audits and risk assessments.
• Improve development workflows, CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and deployment processes.
• Research emerging blockchain technologies and evaluate new tools, protocols, and frameworks.
• Contribute to technical documentation, architecture planning, and engineering standards.
• Participate in technical discussions and help drive long-term product and technology strategy.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing improvements.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on blockchain development experience.
• Strong expertise in Solidity and Ethereum smart contract development.
• Experience building production-grade applications using React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Strong understanding of blockchain architecture, decentralized systems, and Web3 technologies.
• Experience with ethers.js, viem, wagmi, or similar Web3 libraries.
• Knowledge of token standards including ERC-20, ERC-721, and ERC-1155.
• Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and scalable architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience building DeFi, NFT, RWA, or tokenization platforms.
• Familiarity with Layer 2 scaling solutions and cross-chain technologies.
• Experience conducting or supporting smart contract security audits.
• Knowledge of AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation.
• Experience working in startups or high-growth technology companies.
• Open-source contributions within the blockchain ecosystem.
