Smart Contract Developer (Solidity / Web3 Gaming)

One More Game is building the next generation of blockchain-powered gaming experiences. We are looking for a talented Smart Contract Developer to help design, develop, and maintain secure blockchain systems that power our game economy, digital assets, and Web3 infrastructure.

You will work closely with blockchain engineers, backend developers, game designers, and product teams to transform innovative game mechanics into reliable on-chain solutions. This role provides the opportunity to take ownership of smart contract architecture and contribute directly to the development of production-level blockchain gaming systems.

Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, testing, and deploying Solidity smart contracts; building systems for tokens, NFTs, rewards, staking, and in-game assets; writing secure and gas-efficient code; performing contract testing and debugging; reviewing smart contract security; and collaborating with engineering teams on blockchain architecture and production deployments.

We are looking for someone who has strong experience with Solidity and smart contract development, understands Ethereum-compatible networks and token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155), and is comfortable working with tools such as Foundry, Hardhat, and OpenZeppelin.

Candidates should have 3+ years of software development experience, experience building and testing blockchain applications, and a strong understanding of smart contract security practices and common vulnerabilities. The ability to work independently in a remote environment and communicate effectively with a global engineering team is important.

Experience with GameFi, NFT platforms, DeFi applications, token economies, or blockchain game systems is highly valued. Familiarity with Rust or other blockchain frameworks and contributions to open-source blockchain projects are also a plus.

Requirements and Benefits

We offer competitive compensation of $120,000–$140,000 USD/year, along with performance bonuses and equity/token incentive opportunities based on experience and contribution.
