• Design and develop robust and scalable backend services, focusing on data pipelines, SQL, and infrastructure-related tasks.
• Implement and optimize databases and data storage solutions for high performance and reliability.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes and data workflows, ensuring data integrity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate backend services with frontend applications.
• Participate in architectural decisions and contribute to the continuous improvement of the backend infrastructure.
• Identify and implement best practices for backend development and data handling.
• Proactively explore new technologies and approaches to enhance application performance and scalability.

• 5+ years working on production web applications
• Can be autonomous and solve problems independently
• Keen interest in working on crypto or other financial products
• Strong experience in backend development, especially with SQL and data pipeline design.
• Proficiency in server-side languages like Go, Python, or Node.js.
• Experience with database design, implementation, and optimization.
• Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure management (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Strong problem-solving skills and autonomy in technical decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills and team collaboration.
• Passion for building efficient, reliable, and scalable backend systems.
