The Heliax team is hiring! Heliax is one of the lead development teams behind the Anoma and Namada protocols.


Anoma is the universal intent machine, introducing intent-centric architecture for a new paradigm of human-centric applications. Anoma provides a universal multichain interface for building fully decentralized intent-centric apps that can satisfy user needs and preferences across any network. Enabling decentralized counterparty discovery, solving, and multichain atomic settlement, Anoma removes the need for complicated UX, addresses coordination problems, and paves the way for a user controlled internet.


Namada is the shielded asset hub rewarding users to protect the multichain. Enabling full control over the sharing of personal data in on-chain activities, Namada uses advanced ZK cryptography to deliver unparalleled data protection to existing assets, applications, and blockchain networks. Namada introduces shielded cross-chain interactions and passive rewards for holding assets in and strengthening its shielded set.

Heliax receives funding from the Anoma Foundation which has raised over $60M from some of the top backers in the space including Polychain, Electric Capital, Delphi and more. 


The Role


Heliax is looking for a VP of Growth to lead all strategy and execution related to the launch of Anoma and other high-level projects such as the design/launch of onboarding/incubation programs for builders and validators. This will involve close coordination with Anoma’s ecosystem, marketing, communications and events teams.


Who you are:


  • You have a strong track record of success in developing and executing launch-related strategies (i.e. those related to marketing, community, adoption and token distribution) for crypto-native ecosystems or applications.
  • You are a growth hacker and a hustler. You know how to command attention in a crowded market.
  • You have an excellent understanding of current and coming narratives and trends and will be able to align Anoma with the most interesting growth areas.
  • You have experience in closing and managing growth-related partnerships with various external stakeholders such as PR & content agencies.
  • You have strong leadership capabilities and the ability to hire, manage and mentor your team.


Nice to have:


  • Previous experience in a crypto-native growth, adoption, community or marketing role for a base-layer ecosystem with a novel technology stack.
  • Strong Twitter presence.


What you'll be doing


Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement a strategy to ensure Anoma is launched successfully. This will involve the following:


  • Develop and execute on a community strategy across appropriate channels (e.g. Discord) and with thoughtful segmentation. 
  • Develop and execute on a token distribution strategy which effectively incentivizes community contributors to the project
  • Work with the marketing and communications team to
  • Develop and execute on a robust social media, content and communications strategy based around Anoma having meaningful messaging, a strong Twitter presence, high-quality co-marketing and relevant long-form content.
  • Develop and execute on a thoughtful events strategy (both online & offline) which determines our goals with respect to hosting our own events as well as our participation across various industry events and conferences.
  • Work with the ecosystem and adoption team to
  • Develop and execute on a strong builder collaborations strategy which effectively highlights Anoma’s USPs.
  • Develop and execute on a strategy to work with operators and infrastructure providers to further the Anoma ecosystem.

Location


Remote or local (Zug/Berlin). When remote, preferred if mostly located within (+/- 7 hours) Central European time zones.
