When considering candidates for a position, we look for individuals with the following skills and experience:
Experience with testing frameworks, such as Jenkins or Bamboo, in a CI/CD environment is essential.
Experience in a functional programming paradigm is required. This includes languages such as Erlang, Haskell, Scala, or OCaml.
Experience in developing software for high-assurance, safety-critical, or life-critical domains is highly valued.
