When considering candidates for this position, we are looking for individuals with the following qualifications:

In-depth, hands-on experience in developing web/mobile applications or platforms using either Java/J2EE, or .NET technologies, along with database technologies like Oracle, MySQL, etc.
Exposure to polyglot programming languages such as Scala, Python, and Golang will be considered a definite plus.
Ability to read and write code efficiently and demonstrate expertise with various design patterns.
Experience in using NoSQL databases.
